What information is used?

For enquiries, bookings and journeys, you may provide your first and last name, telephone number, email address, pickup address, destination, booking date and time, passenger count, selected vehicle, messages or special requests. The website currently asks for journey details; names and contact details may be provided through customer communications. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information.

Technical information may include your IP address, browser/device details, requested pages and security logs where processed by hosting or communication providers. No analytics or marketing tools are installed in this website’s code.

Why and how we use it

Information is used to answer enquiries, prepare and confirm bookings, calculate road routes and prices, arrange pickups, provide transport, communicate changes, handle payments or complaints where applicable, and meet legal obligations. We limit collection and access to what these purposes require. The fare calculator does not automatically confirm a reservation.

Privacy by design and default

Booking choices remain in this page’s memory until you leave or reload it. The website has no separate booking database or payment form. Optional preference storage is off unless enabled. No analytics or advertising scripts are loaded. Images and fonts are hosted with the site.

Route search and communication

Typing at least three characters in an address search sends the query to Photon (photon.komoot.io) to find places. Selecting pickup and destination sends their coordinates to OSRM (router.project-osrm.org) for a road route. These services also receive connection data such as your IP address. Do not enter personal information unrelated to the address.

Opening WhatsApp passes the prepared request to WhatsApp, a Meta service; you review and send it there. Subsequent messages are processed through that service under its own terms and privacy information. A telephone link opens your device’s calling service. These actions do not silently create a confirmed booking.

Recipients and international processing

Data may be made available to hosting, security, routing, communication or other technical service providers only as necessary to operate the service. The current website is published through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure and uses the route and communication services identified above. We may disclose information where required by law.

Provider processing can occur outside Switzerland. The actual recipient entities, processing countries and applicable safeguards must be confirmed: [INSERT VERIFIED PROVIDER ENTITIES, PROCESSING COUNTRIES AND TRANSFER SAFEGUARDS]. This field must be completed from provider arrangements; it does not assert that all processing stays in Switzerland.

Retention

Booking-page choices are held in memory for the current page session. Your privacy choice is saved for 180 days; a remembered language is kept only while preference storage remains permitted. The browser may clear storage sooner.

Booking correspondence and operational records should be retained only as long as needed for service, accounting, legal obligations or resolving claims, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
