Scope of service

Mont-Blanc Taxi, operated by Taxi Mont-Blanc, Mehammed Shiffa Zebeir, offers taxi transfers and private chauffeur services in Montreux, the Swiss Riviera and other agreed destinations. These terms apply to requests and confirmed journeys, subject to mandatory law and the specific confirmed booking.

Booking procedure

Choose a pickup, destination, date, time, passenger count and vehicle, then review the route and displayed price. You can go back and correct the summary. The final request asks you to accept these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. This acknowledgement is separate from optional cookie choices.

Booking confirmation

A website calculation or prepared WhatsApp message is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when the operator expressly accepts it and agrees the journey details, price and any additional conditions with you.

Displayed prices

Prices are in CHF. The current calculator multiplies actual returned road distance by the selected rate: Standard Taxi CHF 3.00/km, S-Class CHF 3.80/km, V-Class CHF 3.50/km. Only the final displayed amount is rounded to cents. Driving time is estimated and excludes live traffic.

The final displayed price applies to the selected route and vehicle as shown; the operator confirms the agreed fare before accepting the booking. A town card uses a town-centre point. Exact addresses, a changed route or vehicle may change the quote. Tax treatment, tolls, parking, cross-border supplements and other inclusions are not confirmed: [INSERT CONFIRMED TAX AND PRICE INCLUSIONS]. No unspecified supplement is agreed by accepting this page.

Payment

Payment methods, timing, invoicing and any deposit must be communicated and agreed before confirmation: [INSERT PAYMENT METHODS AND PAYMENT TERMS]. The current website does not collect card details or take online payment.

Pickup

The confirmed pickup address, date and local Swiss time (Europe/Zurich) apply unless expressly agreed otherwise. Please provide a reachable contact method and be ready at the agreed meeting point. For destinations with vehicle restrictions, the accessible drop-off must be agreed; the Zermatt road quote ends in Täsch.

Customer delay

Notify the operator promptly if you will be late or cannot find the pickup point. Any consequences must follow the confirmed booking and disclosed policy; no unconfirmed fee is created here.

Waiting time

Flight delays

Luggage

Tell the operator the amount and size of luggage and any oversized items before confirmation. Vehicle luggage capacity and safe loading limits must be respected; additional items require agreement.

Passenger limits

The number of passengers must not exceed the confirmed vehicle’s authorised seating capacity. The selector is indicative and the operator confirms the vehicle and capacity. No passenger may travel without an authorised seat.

Child seats

Tell the operator the age and size of children and the required restraint in advance. Suitable child restraints must be arranged and confirmed before travel; availability is not guaranteed by simply selecting a vehicle.

Booking changes

Request changes as early as possible. A change is effective only when accepted by the operator. Any revised price or conditions must be communicated and accepted before the changed service.

Cancellation

Vehicle availability and substitution

Vehicle photographs are illustrative. The requested class is subject to confirmation and availability. If substitution becomes necessary, the operator will inform you and agree a suitable alternative and any price change. It must meet the confirmed passenger and luggage requirements; a material downgrade is not automatically accepted.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate information, follow reasonable safety instructions, use seat belts and comply with applicable transport rules. Do not request unsafe or unlawful transport. Please advise the operator in advance of assistance needs relevant to safe travel without providing unnecessary sensitive details.

Company responsibilities

The operator is responsible for providing the agreed service with due care and complying with applicable transport and safety requirements. Estimated journey times are not a guarantee. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory customer rights.

Exceptional circumstances

Severe weather, road closures, accidents, public authority measures or other events outside reasonable control may affect the journey. The operator will communicate material disruption and seek a practical solution. Changes, refunds or other consequences depend on the agreement and applicable law; no blanket exclusion of responsibility is intended.

Applicable law
